Molotow deals with the objectification of an individual through a body of government, a body that aims to manipulate society. The individual Juri Gagarin was such an object. After successully flying into space he was presented to the Americans as the ultimate heroic figure being the victorious face representing the power of the Soviet Union. Gagarin was used as a puppet, the person himself had been destroyed, left only as a token for government use.
